Who we are

Epoxy Resin Table is run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland. We pass resin table designs to one Irish resin table maker. Contact: privacy@epoxyresintable.ie.

What we collect

When you send a design: your name, mobile number and email, your county, and your answers (the table, the size, the wood, the resin and its colour, the legs, your budget band and when you'd like it) and any note. If you use the room concept, the photo you choose is made smaller in your browser and sent through our server to Google's Gemini service, which draws the concept; your photo and the concept are kept with your request and passed to that maker only. We also record which page you sent it from.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details to pass your design to one Irish resin table maker, so they can contact you about the table. We do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the design form, or by sending the room concept form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

One Irish resin table maker. They deal with you directly and are responsible for your details from that point. Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf. We never sell your details to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your request, then it is deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you, and we record anonymously which step of the form was reached.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing privacy@epoxyresintable.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
